Broad Oaks House is a six-bedroom, six-bath residence in the Tanglewood area, designed in the Santa Barbara style and situated on a half-acre lot.

I’ve known Marcelo for 10+ years and he has produced several drawings for me, all of which he took the city and delivered a permit necessary for construction. I’m an engineer and am very critical when it comes to attention to detail. Marcelo meets all my expectations and is always there to solve any problems, make any additions, subtractions or changes required by the city. He’s always looking for a method to produce the best results for your construction needs. I give very few referrals because I require my referrals to stride to the same level perfection I required from myself.. Marcelo exceeds my expectations. Rarely in the construction business can you call an associate your friend when the job is complete. Marcelo, is that guy
