Brykerwood House is an extensive renovation and expansion of an existing one-story home in the Spring Branch area. The project added 1,647 square feet while completely reworking the home's interior organization.
The first floor features a kitchen that opens directly to the family room, creating a more connected living environment. Two additional suites and a connecting playroom were added on the second floor, while a new pool room with a glass overhead door extends the home's relationship with the backyard.
Marcelo was great to work with. He walked through our existing home listened to the ideas we had for our renovation and then offered great ideas we hadn’t considered. We went back and forth with adjustments ending up with a design we loved. Highly recommended using Gonzalez Architects for your project.
