Loeser House is an extensive renovation of an existing two-story residence in Spring Valley Village. The project added 1,748 square feet of living space along with a 1,239-square-foot covered wraparound patio.
The first floor was reorganized to create a new primary suite, more open living spaces, and new utility and mud rooms. Upstairs, two new suites were added, a third bedroom was enlarged, and the main staircase was reworked to create a more cohesive connection between the levels.
Marcelo is extraordinary. He did the job for a fair price. Listened to us and patiently worked with us through our changes and decisions. If you only knew how hard it is for me to make a decision and how patient he was to listen to my questions! Our historic home suffered water damage. Before we found Marcelo we had contacted 3 different architects-they charged us but never completed the plans. Marcelo came to the house, measured, designed, worked with the structural engineer, contractors, designers -and finished the project beautifully. He is an excellent architect and really nice person.
