Loeser House was an existing two story home in Spring Valley Village. The house was remodeled with an additional 1748 square feet of living space and a 1239 square feet covered rap around patio. The first floor design included a new master suite, opening up the living spaces and adding a new utility room and mud room. The second floor included two new suites, enlarging a third bedroom and reworking the main staircase.
