Rhett House was all new construction of a two-story home in Memorial Forest. The house has 5052 square feet of living space with an additional 881 square feet of porch and covered patio. The first-floor design included a master suite, a larger kitchen and breakfast area and a family room overlooking the back yard. The second floor included four bedrooms and two baths, a game room and second utility room.
