Saddlewood House was an existing two-story home in the Memorial area. The entire house was remodeled with an additional 357square feet. The first-floor design included a new master suite, a larger kitchen and breakfast area and a new family room overlooking the back yard. The second floor was redesigned to crat three suites and two living roofs.
