Service Description
Get professional architectural guidance before committing to a full remodeling or design project. Before your session, we review the information and documents you provide and take time to understand your goals, your existing home, and the challenges you are trying to solve. During the 90-minute Strategy Session, we discuss design opportunities, potential challenges, and practical next steps for your project. After the session, you will receive a written summary of our recommendations to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Please note: This session provides preliminary architectural guidance and recommendations. It does not include construction drawings, permit drawings, engineering, detailed architectural design, or guaranteed determinations regarding zoning, permitting, construction costs, or overall project feasibility.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy The Home Design & Remodeling Strategy Session is a professional service that includes advance review of information provided by the client. Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. One rescheduling is permitted per booking. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency or unusual circumstance, Gonzalez Architects may make an exception to this policy at its discretion. Please provide requested project information, photographs, drawings, surveys, and other relevant materials as soon as possible after booking so that Gonzalez Architects can properly prepare for the Strategy Session.
