Stratford House
Montrose, Houston
3,881 Living Sq. Ft. | 3 Bedrooms | 3 Baths
Designer: Monica Wehbi
Stratford House is a three-story residence designed for an urban Montrose setting. The first floor brings together the formal dining room, kitchen, and family room as the primary gathering spaces of the home.
A second-floor sitting area overlooks the family room and connects two private suites. The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite and a private study, creating a more secluded retreat within the home.
Marcelo is a great partner and making your dream hone a reality. He takes his time and listens to your plans, provides alternatives and options to improve structural integrity of your home. I would highly recommend Gonzalez Architects for your next home project!
