Sugar Hill House is an extensive transformation of an existing one-story residence in Tanglewood. The first floor was completely redesigned, creating a new architectural organization while expanding the home's connection to the outdoors.
A new front porch leads to a dramatic two-story family room, while the primary suite was enlarged and the garage relocated to make room for a pool room. Three additional bedrooms were added on the second floor, significantly expanding the home's living and private spaces.
Marcelo at Gonzalez Architects was great to work with. He listened to our vision and had great ideas. He was also very quick on revisions, which we really appreciated. Very easy to work with! Def recommend.
