Willowick High Rise is a complete redesign of a 2,400-square-foot residence within the Willowick High Rise. The renovation reimagined the existing interior to create a more cohesive and functional living environment.
The redesign included the kitchen, primary suite, hall and powder baths, along with the addition of a library. Each space was carefully considered to create a more refined and comfortable residence while responding to the character of the high-rise setting.
Marcelo was very easy to work with and from our initial meeting he listened to what specific needs we had for our renovation project and tailored his package of services to meet our needs. There was no pressure to agree to extra services/scope we did not need. Additionally, the first draft of plans closely matched what we asked for and only required minor updates based on our own changes we directed.
